Hello. I am elagin.pasha, a single-handed photo shooter in the southern region of Russia. Currently, I am in 10th place in the “All Time” rating. Earlier, I wrote about some problems with using the app on Android. I did not receive any responses to some letters, and some were answered that something might be fixed. As a result, an update appeared where many languages were added, but many problems remained. Just in case, I will write everything here again so that it is not lost.
I really need the ability to record photos to a memory card. My trips without the Internet are long and the built-in memory is not enough.
I think that there should be a map on the shooting screen like on the main screen. Now I can’t understand whether I am taking new shots or this has already been done before me. You can shoot everything in a row, but because of point No. 1, you can miss unique shots.
Please add a function to stop shooting on the shooting screen without going to the data sending screen. For example, I want to drive a short distance without shooting (use the windshield wiper), and then continue shooting again. Now, to resume shooting, you need to perform several operations (press “stop”, go to the main screen, enter the shooting mode) - for safety reasons, you have to stop the car, and in some places this is prohibited.
At the moment, there is a bug - if there are more than a thousand frames in the sequence, then pressing “Stop” causes the application to freeze and the sequence disappears. If there was an option to stop recording directly on the same screen, you could not lose photos by tracking their number.
Make the map scroll by coordinates while driving, now you have to do it manually, which can lead to an accident.
Thank you for your detailed feedback and for your continued contribution to our platform. We sincerely apologize for the issues you’ve encountered with the app on Android. Your input is incredibly valuable to us.
We are actively working on several improvements, including better memory management, enhanced map functionality, and more efficient shooting controls. We are also addressing the bug that causes freezing with large sequences. Our goal is to make the app more user-friendly and reliable for all contributors.
We appreciate your patience and dedication. We will share updates on our progress here as new improvements are released.
Thank you for your suggestion. We understand the importance of having a formal backlog for tracking user-reported issues.
Currently, users can report issues directly through our support email or in this forum. We acknowledge that this may not be the most streamlined process. We are exploring options to create a more formal and organized system, similar to GitHub, where users can report, track, and prioritize issues.
In the meantime, please continue to share your feedback here or via our support email. We will ensure that all reported issues are logged and addressed.
